Honestly, I don’t make them...I’m just lucking living in the Pacific Northwest...a lot of pubs offer them as a standard alternative to regular fries...so you can get sweet potato fries with your burger...it’s AWESOME. I mean...if you eat meat. But you could get them with your veggie burger too. :)
