It's a pleasure for me to participate again in the 26th week of fruits and veggies monday competition. Thanks to @lenasveganliving for this great initiative.

The lentils are a source of extraordinary fiber, they will decide buds / germinated lentils. When germinating take advantage of live seed, with many nutrients such as vitamins and minerals, among which is vitamin B, iron, phosphorus, iodine, potassium, among others.
Germination is very easy.
Preparation:
1/2 k of lentils
Filtered water.
Wash the lentils very well and let them soak for 12-24 hours. (Soaking the beans improves your nutritional profile).
After soaking time, leave the lentils in a bowl with a little water so they are moistened, change this little water three times a day and leave it for three to five days depending on how much you want to see your grain germinate.
When ready, the sprouts can be eaten "raw" or cooked.
Taking advantage of these sprouts I made lentil soup with vegetables.
Ingredients:
1/2 k of lentil sprouts
1 onion
1 potato
1 carrot
3 stalks of Celery
1 stalks of leek.
Step 1: Add a little coconut oil and sauté vegetables and vegetables, add cumin and oregano.
Step 2: Add the sprouts and sauté, then add the water that exceeds the lentils to boil for a few minutes and lower the heat and continue cooking until the grains are soft.
When soft, remove from heat and serve.
I love feeding my daughter healthy things and she is very intelligent and eats them with pleasure.

Las lentejas son una fuente de fibra extraordinaria, decidí hacer brotes/germinados de lentejas. Al germinar aprovechas la semilla viva, con muchos nutrientes como vitaminas y minerales, entre las que se encuentra la vitamina B, hierro, fósforo, yodo, potasio, entre otros.
Germinar es súper fácil.
Preparación:
1/2 kilo de lentejas
Agua filtrada.
Lavar muy bien las lentejas y dejarlas remojar por 12-24 horas. (Remojar los granos mejora su perfil nutricional).
Pasado el tiempo de remojo, dejar las lentejas en un bolw con un poquito de agua para que estén humedecidas, cambiar este poquito de agua tres veces al día y y dejarlo así por tres a cinco días dependiendo de que tanto quieran ver germinar su grano.
Al estar listo los germinados pueden degustarlos de manera “cruda” o cocidos.
Aprovechando estos germinados realicé Sopa de lentejas con verduritas.
Ingredientes:
1/2 kilo de germinado de lentejas
1 cebolla
1 papa
1 zanahoria
3 tallos de Celery
Ajo porro
Pasó 1: Agrega un poco de aceite de coco y saltea los vegetales y verduritas, agrégale comino y orégano.
Pasó 2: Agregar el germinado y saltear, seguido incorporar el agua que sobrepase las lentejas dejar hervir por unos minutos y bajar el fuego y seguir cocinando hasta que los granos estén suaves.
Al estar suaves retirar del fuego y servir.
Amo darle de comer a mi hija cosas saludables y ella es muy inteligente y las come con mucho gusto.
