It really is a great habit to have! I do usually have to make one more thing mid-week to carry us through, but generally it is something easy like this week it will be butternut squash and potato soup. My schedule can be all over the place so if I have one of those weeks that fills in to be busy, I know I'm set with all my goodies ready! :)
Ooh, that smoothie sounds delicious! I just finished my beet smoothie. Went to the mall this afternoon with my mom and my niece, so it was definitely nice to have it handy instead of trying to find anything redeeming at the mall.
