Thank you for stopping by to check it out! I tend to like my vegetables with a little texture left too them, so I probably agree with your son! I cooked the broccolini separate specifically to make sure I could get it to the softness I wanted without overcooking the squash or bok choy. :)

I don't always remember to take a lot of photos, but I'm glad that with these I had plenty to share with you!
