RE: Fruits and Veggies Monday. Ephemeral Art and Photography.

Dunno, this is giving me vibes towards Rachel Ruysch’s Fruits and Insects despite being a postmodernist assembling and orientation of fruits in the medium of fotos (photos). Despite the differing categorization, there is a detail focus as to present the most out of something while making sure the other objects that are required to be encapsulated in a frame are there too (with equal care put into them as well). And while Ruysch painstaking took time (in the days where female Dutch artists were a rare sight and rare talk to give about, Seventeenth century Anno Domini) to paint every little detail like the wings of a fly, there’s a detail to the categorization, presentation and organization of the things that where foto’d (photographed) here. (Also we’re not getting to the symbolism alone in the Rachel Ruysch painting in such case.) In any a case, for those that wanted to play “name that object,” I guess the text below would be immensely helpful. (Also congratulations on getting that @curie vote!~)

So keep on picturing stuff and happy steeming!
