In the world of crypto, there are many do's and do not's. For example, a general rule of thumb is to buy low and sell high. This seems like a simple concept, but it is way easier said than done. This is mainly due to a misuse of the 3 F's: FUD, FOMO, and Focus. Each of these have their place, but misplacing them can be catastrophic. For example, FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt) is critical in discerning the crap-coins from the real thing, however misuse or overuse could cause one to "miss the boat" on an opportunity that could be life changing. Similarly, or inversely, FOMO (fear of missing out) is critical to having the boldness to take a chance in the first place, but constant FOMO will always get you into trouble due to a lack of impulse control.
Focus on the other hand is a balancing act between FUD and FOMO. It is the fulcrum that has the power to sway your decision based upon rational and sound principles. Without Focus, either lack of impulse control rules the day or fear cripples to the point where you have a hard time making the big move. Without Focus, you will go backwards WITHOUT QUESTION.
So in the world of crypto, plot a course with realistic goals. All of your moves should advance that vision - and don't fall prey to the misuse of FUD or FOMO.
