The Headline Should Read:
Thursday, Jan. 18th the U.S. President Trump established a new Division within the Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights. It is called the Conscience and Religious Freedom Division. It is not often that one can relate creating a new Division (or arm) in government to Good News but this may be the exception.
In Thursday's press release by the HHS Office for Civil Rights, Director Roger Severino stated:
“Law protecting religious freedom and conscience rights are just empty words on paper if they aren’t enforced. No one should be forced to choose between helping sick people and living by one’s deepest moral or religious convictions, and the new division will help guarantee that victims of unlawful discrimination find justice. For too long, governments big and small have treated conscience claims with hostility instead of protection, but change is coming and it begins here and now.”

The new web-site for the Conscience and Religious Freedom Division has a convenient portal to file a complaint and encourages ANYBODY who feels their religious rights or conscience have been violated to file a complaint.

HHS Secretary Eric Hargan said:
“President Trump promised the American people that his administration would vigorously uphold the rights of conscience and religious freedom. That promise is being kept today. The Founding Fathers knew that a nation that respects conscience rights is more diverse and more free, and OCR’s new division will help make that vision a reality.”
We are living in an "exceptional" time. As you may be aware, more people are researching the safety of vaccinations only to find that no real studies have been done by the FDA, CDC, Health and Human Services (HHS) who, by the way, is funding these practices, health practitioners who are administering these concoctions, or the drug manufacturers themselves. One has only assumed the safety of these chemical cocktails being injected into children have went through rigorous testing processes and that they have been found safe or even effective but unfortunately they have not. Awareness has consistently been growing and more parents and health practitioners are now questioning the safety and even the need for the practice of vaccinations.
We know many children are being removed from their homes by Child Protective Services (CPS) because parents have made an informed choice NOT TO VACCINATE. Many times this will not be stated by CPS but it has been proven to be one of the primary reasons for CPS to move in, sabotage and coerce families which leads to removal of the children and the destruction of the family unit.
We have leaned many of these children taken into foster care custody are also eventually medicated with prescriptions for anti-depressants and other SSRI type drugs. Most fail to notice there was no need for medication prior to abduction by CPS but as the child mourns their family loss they become depressed and suffer anxiety which leads to "behavioral" issues. What child would not suffer anxiety if they are ripped from their home and many times never to see their natural parents and siblings again?

This may be one of the biggest opportunities we have with our ability to expose some of the most vile practices that are currently in use today. The establishment of this new division can possibly open the door for communication and relief for Veteran's, the elderly, etc. and is ready to be put to the test.

When I was younger my siblings and I were removed from our home. While in custody my brother was administered psychotropic drugs (Ritalin) back in 1987, he was a little boy who was too hyper they said, but he was just a boy I never saw reason to give him medicine for it. It didn't even dawn on me that maybe it was just another part of a bigger issue, and he wasn't alone in that. Thank you for the read! I love having my eyes opened even more to what others have experienced. As far as the vaccines go, I really don't trust them at all, not since my @tecnosgirl's experience with them I have always tried to get as much info as i can before we do any vax.
So sad that so many children are used like this and so sorry for what you had to deal with. I appreciate posting information that can help others and especially for those with open minds and eyes to see the abuse that goes on everyday through these corrupt agencies. I am so hoping this new Division will give us a change to let voices finally be heard. At one time in 1991 I know that public schools were receiving a 1,000 dollar kick-back for every child they could refer to a doctor to have them put on "Ritalin". I am sure that process is still taking place. It is a crime!
It did not stop there. The schools then taught mom and dad how to get the child labeled "disabled" so the parents could get a check, too. Of course, the child will spend a lifetime being treated as a mentally ill person, and so will probably become a mentally ill person eventually.
Another thing I did not know, that makes sense because later on he was pushed again to be put on drugs, and that time it was the teachers who made the "referral" for him to get checked out.
Yes, they all have their hands out and think nothing of the children that are being used as guinea pigs. It is a sick system and one I hope with all my heart we can abolish.
One day it will, as long as people keep sharing what they know and proving the facts! And there are sooo many facts, I truly hope that it is soon for the sake of all the children who are affected. Not only by vaccines but by being taken from homes.

I love the Freedoms being given back to the people. After all by their own reasoning.... You get the vaccination to keep FROM getting the disease or infection or virus right? So those that are not vaccinated are the only ones at risk and even then only to THEMSELVES. The whole manner in which they try to sell these vaccinations is backwards if you take the time to step back and actually examine the science.
If the vaccine is effective then those exposed to unvaccinated individuals should have nothing to worry about. But somehow that is not the case so the vaccines must not be all they are cracked up to be. IF vaccines work as sold then keeping children out of school who have not been vaccinated because they put vaccinated sheep.. um I mean vaccinated children at risk is a lie.

FB for some reason does not like this post. I spent 2 hours yesterday trying to get it to the groups that need the info but kept getting slammed with a spam notice. I will find a way. I have a few blogs and am going to try to post my article to one of them and then post that on FB. I don't give up easily especially when I see censorship trying to control the narrative. It is important that families utilize this resource because just like our "rights" if we do not exercise them we stand to lose them.

There are few options for those suffering abuse at the hands of these local agencies like CPS and the family "court" systems. I am not one to put much thought into the politics game but over the last few years politics and government caught my eye. So much corruption in the previous administrations and down right evil. Whether Trump too has ulterior motives only time will tell. For now however, he is backed with a team that are not all political puppets and they are going after some of the biggest perpetrators of crimes against humanity and I fully support that.

Thank you @vickiebarker for your efforts to protect our families and children. Trump promised he would do something about the vaccine problems. I don't know much about this part of the vaccine agenda. My focus has been on the history of vaccines so I can argue from the point of bad science/greed when it comes to vaccines today.

That is very unexpected and good news to me. I homeschooled my kids as a single parent, and on more than one occasion had to fight pretty damn hard to keep my kids, since I worked full time and never once hired a baby-sitter, or left them with anyone.
They came to work with me, and worked construction. Since I approached vaccines with great skepticism, I was often at odds with various agencies and administrative offices. I was just talking with a guy today who knows my middle son, and he told me how respectful and hardworking my boy is.
I'm fit to bust with pride at the good character my kids have, but they worked hard for it.
I know it's much harder now than it was when I was doing it, and I am damn glad to see that this office is now available to help parents who want to ensure the health of their kids isn't compromised by extraneous, unnecessary, and dangerous vaccines.

Thank you for referencing my post on your post. I am fairly new here and I have been telling more and more of my story. I was a foster child and I was removed from my home when I was 12 to never return. Contact was limited at best and I spent time incarcerated and in hospitals and group homes. When I was not in those places I was a run away living on the streets. All because I was removed from my home and I fought back. I refused to stay in a foster home. The 3 I did stay in hurt me far more than anyone else ever did. I have only begun to tell you guys my story. But it is very emotional for me so I am telling as much as I can at one time and trying to inform people what it is like from the view I had. The system is corrupt to say the least and something needs to be done to put an end to the theft and destruction of thousands of children each year.
Your story is important and needs to be told. The needs of the children are not addressed. CPS focus is on funding the budget. Very few people in our communities even know this. They "assume" the agency's primary focus is on the well being of the child, however and unfortunately it is not so in a majority of the cases I've seen. I look forward, with heavy heart, to more of your posts and story. I believe there is a reason we are all being joined together at this part of our journeys. I am thankful and hopeful that blockchain will prove itself worthy and be around for a very long time ;) I see more being accomplished here on this Steemit platform in a short period of time than in any of the other social network groups. With many working together finding ways to utilize the resources as they become available. There are a lot of children out there tonight that are only wishing, hoping and wanting to be home.
Most other social networks try to brush these topics under the rug. They get no exposure and even get removed. This is the first time I have seen when they have been allowed to thrive.

@vickiebarker I hate to break it to you but this is not good news. Think about it."Patriot act" the most unpatriotic act ever passed in the united States. Its name makes you think it would be good for Patriot's but in reality it removed the two most important laws in our nation.
Now under the Patriot Act and the new USA freedom act, they are exactly the Opposite of the name they are called. You don't want to try to defend yourself from the government by using a branch of that government.
Our biggest problem in this Nation is that most don't even know the basic principals of a Constitutional Republic. If you ask most Americans " What type of government do we have", they will tell you "A Democracy" .
Our nation is not a democracy and was never intended to be. Until the people as a whole understand the Constitution and the bill of rights.... we are not a nation but just the pawns of the people that have taken the reins of this once great nation.
If you know your rights in this Nation and know the "Law" you are already free from illegal activity. But it is a battle at every turn, and you better know the "Law "well. You can defend your self under the constitution. Marbury v. Madison (1803)Miranda v. Arizona (1966) are a few import cases to understand and know.
There is no branch of government that is going to teach you your rights and how to defend yourself.

btw be warned, Dbroze is not who he says he is. The Conscious Resistance could be a lot of things, but it is not conscious, resisting or in any way a form of anarchy. A good way to check if an org is actually resisting is their stance towards these megacorp spy softwares such as facbrak if you are still using it in 2018 and dont have a plan in place to get away or are cagey about why, yeah, that is a good clue the org is not what they say they are. A lot of popup news reporting sites like 'antimedia'(sic) use facebrak tracking on their sites and are unapologetic about it, this is indicative of their actual values and actual intentions.

My jaw dropped reading this! I can hardly believe that government is truly doing this. Let's hope it's not just placating talk.

I am also hoping to see what sort of back-bone the new division will have. Our vac-lib group did have a report of Director Roger Severino meeting with the heads of churches here in the US and met personally with one of our member's church heads. When asked about the mandatory vaccines in Calif. he said he had heard of it already and they would be checking into it. Now how far it goes is anyone's guess, but we at least now have a division that purports to be there to help and until we challenge their integrity with some claims we won't really know. I am hoping that complaints are being filed, the problem as I see it at this point is the fact that so few know the division exists. Mainstream media is no help in getting real news out there so it will be a slow process letting others know there may be a resource available to them.
