LOL this post made me laugh so much but at the same time I resonate the thoughts of everyone here when I say you need some sleep !!
I know what I'm like when I haven't had 8 hours and it's sort of like you're functioning and moving like normal but your brain is a little slower. I have the same issue you do though as I seem to be my most 'alert' JUST before bed, so I have to rush and do a million things and end up cutting into sleep time.
I find it helps to actually get to bed earlier than you intend to sleep, turn everything off and just try to keep that routine. Your body will remember it and each night should get easier to sleep.
