Max swap.steem, swap.hive, swap.btc are pegged tokens on hive-engine.

These are the hive-engine versions of the following steem-engine tokens: steemp, hivep, btcp.

The hive/steem-engine team runs these pegged tokens, and take 1% to convert between them.

Ok thanks for the clarification. So assuming I want to convert Hive to Steem, how do I go about it? What will be the names of the token to use?
