Info: Raw beef chopped into very small pieces, marinated with pepper, few drops of olive oil, salt and special sauce. On the top of meat there is quail egg's yolk. Aside the meat there are also pickled cucumber, onion, marinated mushrooms and a few pieces of Polish bread and butter. Yummy!
Someone who travels for half a year can appreciate this wonderful dish a hundred times more. 😉
