Fluoride bio-accumulates in calcifying tissues in the body, thus, day-to-day exposures are irrelevant. We all walk around daily with much higher amounts of fluoride than the "toxic, warning, call poison control" amount 🛢☠️💥 With that being said, are any of you calculating your local fluoride levels, as well as the surface area of your skin, the lengths of your showers, number of glasses of fluoridated water drank? Of course not... Nobody keeps track of that shit; it's impossible.
