It's relatively harmless. About 8 years ago I was addicted to Battle of Britain simulator game. It was very realistic WWII battle game with online squadrons etc..
There was strange feeling after 2hour mission when driving: seeing in the rear mirror (at 6 o'clock) VW or BMW there was strong wish to strike left pedal and push the wheel - left and dive! One my battle comrad was afraid to approach a bus from behind - too many rear shooters.
LOL - I'm not doing Pokemon GO. Not going to do it. I've already informed my entire family and most of my friends that I need an APP intervention already. It's bad when I "need" a new iPhone and tablet so I can get more apps. Besides, if I'm outside looking for Pokemon, then I'm not writing for Steemit. :)
Totally into it man.
I've been thinking that before the game even came out! I always wanted to be a Pokemon Master just like Ash.

Or when you try to catch a girlfriend throwing imaginary pokeballs...
