Pigs are very intelligent and wonderful animals. I had two, Hamish and Hamlet...when I got them they were intended for the freezer. A few years later they were still with me as companions haha. And I am now a keto-vegan.
I reared them from piglets in the house.... I had to feed them every few hours at first, but of course as they grew (and they grow very quickly) they lived first in a stable with a pen attached, and had their own paddock.
They were gentle giants and so affectionate.
The pig is really cute. A pig that resembles Churchill in particular.

i saw sometime ago a couple of videos on pigs as house pets. beyond my initial surprise, i was really impressed

Pigs perform really important functions, not least of which is that they eat a ton of different food wastes.
Just dont let them go ferral like that crazy lost spaniard De Soto.
