I must admit, I'm guilty of the k, especially when the incoming text is thought to be of the interrupting nature but, then again, plenty of times I like to use the old-fashioned okie-dokie. 😉 (wink).

Oh...don't get me started on emojis! That's a whole new set of pet peeves with me. lol. My niece loves the poop emoji in terms of commercialism. She was begging her mom to buy her a bank that looked like a pile of poop from the emojis on her phone.
