Okay, so with the new voting, which seems really great on the one hand, but keeps annihilating my power on the other, I tried to resist reading this. I was going to put it in my browser for tomorrow when my vp had strengthened a bit. But the title was just too damn alluring, and now after laughing my ass off at the extremely well portrayed and vivid scene I'm glad I didn't pass it up since it might have slipped by.
Hee hee, I really keep getting hit sideways with the image of someone sneaking the bricks back onto the pile...three and a half hours???? Hahaha!! Actually the only comparable story I have took place when I was a kid--and I was Uncle Steve in the situation! If you saw my post about my childhood fort, then you saw the massive dirt landslide inside of it, which I, on a couple different occasions, convinced some cousins and friends to help me dig out. Err, attempt to dig out. Did not work so well, it was the mountain in the distance that definitely did not grow any closer.
That is hilarious! Did you use the Tow Sawyer method and convince them digging the dirt out was fun?
Thanks for the kind words!
The voting is kicking my butt too. We will figure it out... right before the next hard fork!
Haha, yesss! I totally took a page from Tom!
You're most welcome, you're one of my favorite bloggers hands down ;)
Right? We'll finally have the perfect method and it will all change!
