I don't think it is totally a parody. Honestly, when I write about Lizzy, I can see her getting frustrated to the point of walking out and doing one of those tempter tantrum dances to deal with life about a starship. I can't imagine it would be as clean as Star Trek makes it out to be (used to make it out to be).
