Steemit is a world of its own. With people from different continents joining this platform, it's a mix of different kinds of people.

Some may blend and flow with the tide, but there are others who would find it really difficult to fit in no matter what.
I've heard talks likes, "Steemit isn't just my thing", "Steemit favors this or that set of people", bla bla bla....
So, after being on this platform for well over 6 months, I can at least tell the different kinds of people we have on the Steem blockchain.
You may fall into one or more of these categories.
Disclaimer: This post wasn't created to castigate or laugh at anyone. Whatever category you fall into doesn't make you bad in any way.
This is purely just for the fun of it.
Now that I've cleared the air, let's begin.
1. The Post Promoters

These are the set of people who solely rely on Bots for boosting their posts. You'll see them awake at odd hours, checking steembottracker every time they want to make a post. You'll likely find their frequently visited site to be the site for tracking bots.
While others are sleeping, they're awake trying to find out which bot would work and which wouldn't.
You'll see their posts raking in a few $ than yours and check to see who voted only to find out all votes came from the likes of: appreciator, jerrybanfield, upme, upmewhale, buildawhale, etc.
2. The Socializers

The socializers are the set of Steemians who are known almost everywhere for their comments. They comment on almost every person's post with the intent of building a relationship. They do not make shitty or spammy comments but make meaningful, and heartfelt comments that will touch the hearts of the reader. Have you ever seen a chain of comments on Steemit by one person and the other? They not only make comments, but they sustain it. Sometimes, it is almost difficult to get out of the converstaion as they know how to keep you locked down to your gears, replying them and they replying you.
3. The Lone Wolfs

The Lone Wolfs are those set of Steemians who have no friends. They make posts and perhaps get nothing, they make no comments, neither do they upvote anyone's post. All their vote goes to them.
I actually almost didn't think these set of people exist on the steem blockchain until I found one. He has over 1000 SP, makes about 3 posts in a day and upvotes himself at a 100% always. All his votes were gotten from him alone, and none goes out.
These set of people are kinda secluded. They do better alone than in groups perhaps.
4. The Magic Wanderers

Okay, so I just had to add this....These are people who believe that after making a post, magic upvotes will rush in immediately.
They believe that all they need to do is create a stunning, killer and quality post, sit back and relax....and the votes come gushing in from 'em big whales without doing anything to attract them.
Seriously, I was in this category of persons before, a magic wanderer is what I choose to call them.
Well, magic still does happen on Steemit. Doesn't it?
5. The Ass Lickers

So I made a post some days back about Arse licking On Steemit, you can actually read it to get more insight on the subject matter. The ass/arse lickers are those set of people pride in licking arses. You can see them frolicking the top guys, whales all in a bid to get favour. They are not out to make a relationship like the socializers but are only for their personal gain. The difference between an outright arse licker and a socializer is that the socializer thrives to build a relationship while the arse licker is only concerned about himself and his pocket/wallet.
So basically, these are just my usual funny and weird definition of the different kinds of people we have on Steemit from my personal experience.
What other kinds/set of people have you found out on Steemit that is not included in my list.
