I'm starting a serious scientific research on the social impact of the "blockchain revolution" - the research will be conducted by University of Florence, which accepted my suggestion about it.
We mostly will collect data and elaborate them, but we also want to make some interviews to people that wrote about blockchain with a point of view not just technical or financial.

I was also thinking red was the blood bath and green was the rebirth. I just googled bitconnect and saw a bunch of links saying "multi level marketing scheme / ponzi scheme." It looks like the dip was due to government FUD from S. Korea, China and Germany. I guess it's not FUD because governments are always a legitimate threat to severely damage crypto (in the short term through exchange seizures). Do you know if we are getting close to having trustworthy & user friendly Peer 2 Peer exchanges out of the reach of governments? Maybe that could be the next paradigm shift as government FUD would be a thing of the past? I was a BTFD guy because I don't think they will follow through on seizing the exchanges bc of the powerful institutions getting into Bitcoin lately.
