I have to say, I can understand if some nameless, faceless clerk makes a mistake because their job is so mindless they just couldn't care...but a "Personal Private Banker" whose job it is to manage the relationship with their customer? Good grief. Another nugget for you, by the way - last year I got an e-mail from the same bank introducing me to another Personal Private Banker (who's never called me), so it seems I have un embarras de choix when it comes to PPBs. I wonder how these people measure their performance.
