I thought I'd help all you out by posting a guide to what we moms are really saying...
I don't feel well = My limb may fall off or I may keel over at any moment. I can no longer hide my discomfort or illness.
No one helps around here= This is probably something I've told everyone that I'll just do myself and now I'm salty about it.
I'm not the Maid= I've put cleaning off long enough and I need everyone to pitch in so I can sit for a minute.
