Try not smoking for 12 hours, then smoke, then 24 hours. then have your smoke if you want, then next time try 48 hours. The longer you can go without smoking. the easier it will be to quit! Don't fight the withdrawal symptoms, go with it, experience it as an observer. Take a day of from the usual routine during the day you decide to quit. Think of the money you save and the more energy and longer life you'll have.
