Take it from Terry Crews. He does what is called intermittent fasting and I also will vouch that there is something to that style of eating. I always recommend using your own brain. Do some research using this link to Google or even AIO Fitness Consulting's "Mission to Find Nutrition!"

Actually, a surplus of calories over time makes you fat.
Well, I would agree partially. You are right, but an excess of the right calories could have you gain "good" weight i.e. muscle...would you agree on that?
