Punji Sticks were included in the list of banned instruments of war in Protocol II of the 1980 Geneva Convention regarding the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons.
AND IT'S AN EMOJI?!?
You're probably just as recreationally outraged as I am right now...
You've seen on this blog, in the last two weeks:
That it's one thing to denigrate women, to tempt young children into using illegal drugs, and lure adults into recreational activities that lead to horrific self-maiming...
