lmao. still it's great to see what would be considered garbage being upcycled and repurposed. IKEA should get on this for branding and promotion. Seems like it would be cheap ass publicity!! No budget marketing!
Yeah! Its one of the weirdest hypebeast trends :D It all started couple months ago when Balenciaga created this blue bag ($2,145) which looked similar to 99-Cent Ikea Blue Bag.
Ikea quickly reacted on social media with some nice posts and now the hype is on. Ikea first did an official collabo with Nike - "Air Max 1 Fracta"
And now people make all kinds of custom IKEA sneakers, even Yeezy customs :D
