Economist Andrew McAfee suggests that, yes, probably, droids will take our jobs -- or at least the kinds of jobs we know now. In this far-seeing talk, he thinks through what future jobs might look like, and how to educate coming generations to hold them.
What do you think? Will tech innovation(like the blockchain) leads to less work, and more spare time?
The future is bright for creative people, as creativity will be our only comparative advantage compared to robots (at least temporarily...)
I agree, but what do you mean by "at least temporarily". Do you think that robots/ai will be also creative at a human level?
I think the most part of people couldn't see differense between human's and ai's creative works.
Interresting... so maybe a.i. can make the next Van Gogh or invent a groundbreaking tech like the blockcain...
Be sure!
Well, I think for the foreseeable future we will be better at creative tasks than AI but who knows over the long-term, robots could evolve faster to outpace our abilities... what is paradoxical though is that theoretial physicists have found evidence that our universe is a hologram and created by codes. If so, was this created by an AI?
Yeah its mind boggling. Alon Musk the ceo of thesla is a strong believer in this theory.
I think we will live like people in WALL-E :)
