I have many habits as I love a good routine! Some people accuse me of not being spontaneous, which I can agree on, but because of my routines I am able to stick to a plan.
For example, I plan all my meals (but allow cheat meals at the weekend), I go to the gym every weekday (no excuses), and I have plenty of hobbies to choose from, so that at the weekend I can pick one that is suited to the weather :-)
