I did make a keto diet for 3 month and its worked i lost more then 10 kg of fat but just be aware of the changes you maybe gonne feell.. In my case it got me moody and tired and when i workout i didnt have that energy i use to have (afain, in my case)
I think it can be a great diet for a short amount of time but not for too long.
