I just use Word. I don't have much at my disposal right now. I save it as a PDF and then export the PDF as a jPEG. I'm sure there's a better way. Any suggestions?

NO, I just thought you may use an online amidakuji creator and then I would have asked you which ^^
I wonder if they have one of those. I didn't think to check. I just use the line and shape functions on Word. It takes a little time, but not too much.
