Fans of the legendary game Red Dead Redemption (RDR) have finally got a release date for the prequel. Red Dead Redemption II.
It has been a long time coming and is now due for release on the 26th October 2018. Rock Star games; love them or hate them? They always produce incredible genre defining games.
I've been playing the original RDR almost since it came out in 2010 and it's still an awesome experience every time. I'm still playing it to this day. Get a copy and get up to speed
The basic plot is about a Western gunslinger John Marston who is trying to go straight and leave behind a life of crime.
The decisions that you make in the game determine what happens to him and influences the game play outcomes.
The original game was beautifully drawn and is epic in scale. The scenery is stunning and there is a multitude of side games and challenges. Rock Star games don't release a new game often but when they do you know you are going to get something special.
The prequel picks up the story before John Marston decided to go straight and see's him with his old bandit buddies robbing and a'tearing up the Western town of Blackwater in 1899, just before the law got a grip on the old Wild West.
I'm a big fan of Rock star games and we've been waiting for this game for a couple of years. Excited? You bet.

The original game is brilliant and never gets old no matter how many times you play it. Rock Star only release a game when it is fully done. That's why the releases are so rare. :)
