The key is not going in thinking everything is going to be like a dream ^^ i know there will be hardships, i know there will be things i may not be able to do 100% and will have to learn, even tho i'm quite competent in 3d modeling and making props / 3d models and all, the key is communication.

When i am lost on something and need a little help, or fear to make a mistake, it's just like when i was working as a mechanic or construction worker, you just ask for advice and how you could do this, or that.

It's why i'm going to also make an account on unity forums as well as posting my progress on the games we will be working on, so i can get feedback, advices, i already have some knowledge in unity, but help from communities that surely know better and are larger is a plus.

I would definately share a drink and meet up if you weren't living that far off from europe haha ^^

I am really excited too inside, it gives me new areas and i was motivated to go back to unity and Blender from looking at your videos in the first place.

I think steemit is the right place to find serious people that have an independant / indie mindset and wish to really build something and establish concrete work relationships in the long term.

hey man let's go! i have a ton of stuff to learn myself. i'm glad i discovered steem because i've been getting so inspired by everything in it. i don't have much to add because i mostly agree with what you're saying. but let's be a little conservative on our first project and i think we can do all sorts of crazy stuff with zbrush on the next one. we'll talk more on discord!
