The initial package, dubbed "Founders' Edition" and which can be booked "online" as of this Thursday, is currently the only way to access the service, although Google assured that in 2020 it will release another mode, "Stadia Base", which will allow you to play without having to become a "founder".
The "Founders Edition" includes a Stadia driver "limited edition and night blue color", a Chromecast Ultra device to play on TVs, three months of subscription (and three months for the friend or relative chosen by the customer) and priority when choosing a username.
Once those three months included in the initial package (in February for those who start using Stadia just at the time of its launch), the "gamers" must pay $ 9.99 per month to continue having access to the platform, in which will be at least 31 games from 21 different companies.
The first markets in which Stadia will be available are the United States, Spain, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
Today the only game that will be included in the subscription is Destiny 2, while the rest will have to be purchased separately, although from the company they assured that the intention is to expand the catalog of included games so that the platform can become a Netflix of video games.
Google's videogame service will offer high-quality 4K streaming and 60 frames per second with HDR and 5.1 surround sound in case the customer has an Internet connection of at least 35 Mbps broadband.
