In 2019, I want to step up my healing game. I've been working very hard to heal trauma and overcome burnout, anxiety, and CPTSD. So this year, I want to see my improvements and give myself goals. Stop more emotional flashbacks, recognise old patterns I fall into more often, so that that doesn't happen as much. Part of that requires more tapping at home (EFT) and not replying to trolls online.
I'm working on anxiety and I plan on going to Anarchapulco. This is a HUGE thing for me and will be a huge win to be able to go. It's still unknown until the very last minute, but I'm doing everything possible to be healthy and well to be able to attend.
Project goals include publishing my book. Finally! Also publishing online another installment of my fan-fic story. I want to keep up with my YouTube channels, without over doing it. So I need to establish reachable goals.
I want to improve my physical health. Burnout sucks and low energy levels prevent me from doing a lot. So I need to stay true to my routine for yoga and exercise. Little bit by little bit, I can increase my energy levels. Thus also, staying true to my diet, I can gain weight. I am currently under weight.
I also want to contribute more around the house. I do what I can, and being sick with adrenal fatigue (burnout) prevents me from doing as much as I'd like to, but contributing more will help my husband. Doing more, even just small things, will help save time and money on the long term, and we established these things together, and we're both really looking forward to it. It's all in new habits and a new routine. Getting used to having less energy was a challenge, but getting used small increases is as tricky because I don't want to overestimate the energy levels I might have.
And then there is continuous things, apart from healing, continuous working on NVC (non-violent communication) when expressing myself, ESPECIALLY when hit with an emotional flashback. Self-improvement and self-healing will improve the energy around me as much as within me, and improving the energy around me will improve my interactions with others and the quality of the time we spend together and reduce stress for everyone.
Steemit related plans are to maintain posting every day, posting more often on Dtube, and being involved in the communities I am a part of and using those tags more often to help build those communities up even more.
I think that pretty much covers it. There are other more personal goals on my list as well.
