I don't use Steam often and I go out of my way to purchase on other platforms. Usually GoG, but I'll buy from most any store before Steam. I dont buy games from amazon, but prime gaming gives a lot of free gog games and gog openly advertises amazon luna. Unless its a multiplayer game that uses steam multiplayer i buy from everywhere else. I got the three STALKER games, which was a big one, but only C$6 for the first 2, and $2.50 for the other one. And worked on just completing my collection of Prince of Persia, an old favorite of mine. The free games are from Prime membership. Which I never knew about until a friend of mine told me! LOL
Heh, if the stupid foil cards sold faster, I'd have enough to complete my main collection of the older releases of Prince of Persia.
Got C$1.73 currently, have C$1.16 pending. Only need like $2.35 to buy the last one, Prince pf Persia Sands of Time, the one that started a new generation of PoP. I'm a bit particular about my games, so I almost never buy one at full price, and I don't just buy everything that looks good. It sits in a shopping cart or on a list for a while, until it's on sale and I decide I've wanted it long enough, and I've actually got time to play it.
