Hey steemers, if some of you dont know i am really addicted to strategy games one in particular being Age of Empires . After multiples attempts and countless hours of getting used to the game i have devised a method in which anyone can beat the AI in a death match by following a few steps listed further down in thin article.
What is Age of Empires?
This is a strategy game which was released in 1997, although its not as popular today people still play it as it requires high level of strategy inorder to crack it and suceed. The game includes everything you would find in an ancient empire and the goal of the game is to build a strong kingdom and defeat any intruders and enemies by killing them and destroying base camps.
What is a death match?
Well this is a game setting in Age of empires where you the player will be given all resources to start with and you have to build your base up and either be victorious by building a Wonder building and keeping it safe for 180 years or destroying all enemy camps to death.
Steps to win even the hardest death match
- make sure you set your aim to building a wonder and protecting it, because no matter how good you think you are the AI always has a better army.
- Build all required buildings to upgrade to the next age as soon as the game starts, the faster you upgrade the longer you can keep your wonder safe as your enemies are probably still trying to upgrade as well.
- Make sure you build as many castles and lookout towers around your base and spread them evenly so they protect each other.
- Build a double wall right around your base to prevent intruders from entering easily
- build as many villagers as you can to ensure things are done fast and also put plenty of these villagers to mine stone and gold as these are precious commodities in the game.
