Hello, fellow degenerate gamblers. Today I would like to discuss things I do besides play dice.
We all know there is more to life besides playing dice games. However, if you think I'm going to spend my time on Steem doing stuff that isn't related to gambling, think again.
Through my research, I have found there are precisely 3 sites on Steem with gamble games unrelated to dice, #kryptogamers, #cupz and #moonsteem. Well technically there is poker, but that is a social thing and you have to KYC which is a huge no-no for degenerates like me. So let's get started.
Kryptogamerz
This website has dice and card games. Dice is dice, the perfect game, but the focus today is the others.
These are Video Poker and Black Jack. Here is my lovely referral link: https://kryptogamers.com/?ref=diceshark
Black Jack
Black Jack is a well-understood game. It's kinda slow compared to dice and you can and will eventually screw up. You should just download an odds table and follow that unless you want worse odds. If you don't follow the odds sheet you are screwing up. I recommend playing for free to practice somewhere else first. Here is a link to the strategy Use the one where the dealer stands on soft 17.
Don't bother counting cards because this is a video game and they obviously made that impossible. We all know a deck of cards is essentially a 52 sided dice where the same card can't be picked twice, but with 4 decks there are 16 aces so the odds will change, but not enough to worry about it too much because it resets every round.
TABLE RULES:Our 4-Deck Blackjack pays 3:2, Dealer stands on all 17 (Hard and Soft).
They even link the wiki to teach the rules but be warned, that is the wrong table (not their fault).
Video Poker
Poker is a well-understood game. You get 5 cards and payouts are based on how rare your hand is with the first payout being 2 pairs and the best being a royal flush. You can get your money back if you get a pair of jacks or higher. Check out the game for the pay outs, it's right there to remind you which is nice.
You do get 1 chance to redraw between 0 and 5 cards of your choice.
Here is the strategy. I recommend using their calculator and playing for free somewhere else first. I don't really like this game because there is also a really high chance to screw up and again counting cards is impossible. However, if you do have 4 of a kind, don't expect a 5th because they only use one deck. The odds of getting a specific card on a draw is 1/47.
I do like Kryptogamers, they have 1% odds for dice (it's different for black jack and video poker so read the FAQ) which are the best and their tokens are fair. They will do well.
Moon Steem
This game is kinda difficult to explain since it is definitely not a casino game and has a social aspect. You basically wager some money then watch the arrow grow, you cancel and you get the amount stated on the multiplier. I've seen it get to 20X, but usually, it crashes out before 2X or sometimes immediately. Everyone plays the game at the same time and the chat box is actually quite interesting because of this reason. You can watch how brave or stupid others are in real time. Also, the bets are in Steemies which is 1/1000 of a steem or less than a penny. Everyone can afford their ticket to the moon! Also, if you upvote their comments and accounts, they give you free Steemies which is neat. Don't get greedy on this game. I recommend setting your limit for auto leaving. Don't get caught up in the stupidity.

Cupz
This game is relatively new. They have dice, roulette, a 50-50 game and a 3 cup game which is the main one. I won't really talk about dice since it is the same as all dice games except they say there is a ball under the cup with a number from 1 to 100. So the odds are the same as dice, but it's a ball. I guess they have a particular fetish with balls. However, I have one with dice so who am I to judge.
3 Cupz
You just pick the cup the ball is under. This game is social and everyone plays at once so it is fun. It is also their namesake and featured game.
Which cup is the ball under?
2 or 3 Player Game. Winner takes the pot.
Select 1 cup for 33% chance, 2 cups for 66%. Wait until all cupz are selected and the ball will be revealed.
Schrodingers Ball
This is the 50-50 game. They take 1% instead of the usual 2% for other games. Is there a ball under the cup? If you don't know Schrodinger, basically he was trying to explain quantum mechanics. You don't know where the electron is in an atom. He used a barbaric analogy with a cat. It just shows how quirky scientists are.
Place your bet to break down the quantum super position of the ball inside
Only when you place your bet will the ball become real or non existant
Cupz Roulette
This is European Roulette meaning there is only a single zero and no double one. So your odds are 1/37 per spin. It's pretty steep compared to dice. Also you can't bet on multiple tiles on the inside, so no corners or lines. However, at 0.1 Steem it's not that expensive to just bet on an entire row (1.2 Steem) or whatever you wish anyway. This game would be better if it was social, however it's easy to play.
Cupz seems to be socially responsible. They have all these links to problem gambling sites. I like these games because it is a creative take on dice. Also, unlike card games, you cannot screw up by doing a stupid draw so it is safe to play while drinking or not focusing on the game.

Have fun ladies and gentlemen. Also remember, there is more to life than dice, just like I described above. Good luck and keep on winning!
Those are some fantastic games, but you probably missed out the most epic and transparent rising start in the field, @epicdice!
