Soulkeep's "pause" has really put a dent into the progression of the sentiment surrounding the yet-to-be released game. If I recall, the game was initially billing for $8 a pack? I think that was right. Right now on the secondary market one can get it for under $2 a pack.
With the game now fully in Double Coconut's hands, I think now is the time to pounce & buy up some packs. Some may protest that the SL team is not in charge of the game anymore, but I think having a more experienced outside developer in charge might actually be an even better move now. SL is terribly held back by finances, but presumably Double Coconut isn't as restrained and likely have more financing.
