Fortnite Season 6 is coming a week later than we thought, starting on September 27 according to a recent tweet from the official Fortnite account. Seasons don't always stack up exactly one week after week 10, but an extra week isn't usually the case. Season 5 started just one day after Season 4. More time to clean up those challenges isn't a bad thing though, and we can expect the usual week of teasers leading up to launch.
Perhaps we'll find another fast food mascot in a desert somewhere, or a massive cube will appear in the real world and turn the oceans into trampolines. What's certain is that major changes are coming to Fortnite, and we've written all about what to expect in Fortnite Season 6 in our comprehensive guide, including a healthy touch of tinfoil hat theorizing.
