During my exploration adventures, I found this little abandoned house in the woods.
I checked around, but there were no signs of life.
The whole place looked as if it was reclaimed by nature.
I wonder who used to live in the middle of this beautiful forest.
It must have looked amazing when this place was still whole!
Beautiful sunlight would filter through the trees to shine on the rooftops.
I'm sure it was lovely.
Now though, the area is overrun by wood spirits.
A little bit closer to the river, I found these abandoned docks.
I wonder if they had the same owner.
Now, these boats are no longer in use.
Maybe simply waiting for a new owner to claim them.
These screenshots were taken in the MMO game Black Desert Online.

Great story built from these images @playfulfoode. What a wonderfully fun idea.
Thank you! I'm glad you like the idea :-)
What a nice idea to narrate the story with these images!
Thank you kindly, sir! I really like telling stories with my ingame screenshots. Worked better when I was playing Ark though, I managed to write much more... Maybe I should revisit that game soon :-)

I was already getting excited while viewing the pics; But then, hahaha I laughed at myself when you wrote, they were screenshots.. thought you were really there in the wilderness, and I thought it would have been a super adventure. I enjoyed your post @playfulfoodie!
Haha, that would have been an awesome adventure indeed! People have seen the screenshots as real before, it's a good compliment to the game I think. It really is beautiful in there.
Thank you very much @lemonchum :-)
