Graphics in video games have always been one of the most important aspects I look for in any game I play.
Graphics allow for a more immersive experience and it shows the care and detail given by developers and creators. Always a plus.

I mean graphics are definitely a great thing, especially for immersion, however for me they are not the be all end all, a game definitely needs to have great gameplay, mechanics and content (regardless of graphics) to be a game worth playing
Absolutely. To illustrate, when Overwatch was released a year ago, I bought it, played it once, and didn't touch it for 9 months. I started taking it seriously and playing it in March and now that is all I play. The content, development, and extremely competitive gameplay are all factors in the enjoyment I get when playing.
Definitely man! I especially love coming back to games (where the developers are good like Overwatch/DotA/etc) after prolonged periods of time to see the awesome new changes.
