So I found this somewhat old article about how playing video games actually helps you fight depression! With all the stigma floating around and the WHO making gaming a legitimate mental illness I thought I would do my part in fighting this travesty. Yes obviously gaming can have its cons, it can have be very addicting and some have even died playing video games. Let's be completely honest though, everyone who gaming has helped relax, relieve depression, increase mental capacity or just have some plain old fun raise your hand!
