So other than working out, video games are a nice way to calm down and relax. Unless you are playing PUBG.... most annoying and stressful thing since the beginning of man! but.. I still cannot stop playing it.... I may have a problem.. I play it on the Xbox for now and there are so many bugs that the developers need to fix. Still not a pro at the the but have had a few solo chicken dinners.. Not to brag but I'm pretty awesome, untilI'm not.. But anywho, still a form of a workout and playing games is good for both your joints in your hand, preventing arthritis, and good mentally. It helps with hand eye coordination and being able to focus on objects in the real world. Keep working those finger muscles!
