Definitely add it to your diet. Here is the recipe for the turmeric balls. I eat one a day:
Ingredients:
1/3 cup organic, ground turmeric
big pinch of ground black peppercorn (increases the bioavailability of curcumin up to 150%)
3 tbsp raw, organic honey
1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions how to make it:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to make a paste.
Take pinches of the turmeric paste and roll them into small balls.
Place in freezer for about 1 hour and remove.
Store in a glass container and keep it in your refrigerator or freezer.
Eat 1-3 pieces per day depending on how big you make them and how badly you need the medicinal results.
P.S. Rice has arsenic in it, and turmeric removes arsenic from our bodies. Any wonder why curry is used with rice so much overseas? ;-)

One question on the voting power advice. I went to that link but could not find what I was looking for.....I saw lot's of numbers and stuff loll but none of it made any sence to me. Would you be able to explain a bit further as it sounds very important and I DO want to learn.

On that page you'll see in the top left a blue bar. That's my voting power. I try to keep that above 80% from day to day. Sometimes I'll give out more than that, but I want to keep my power at or near 100% after a day's wait (as it recovers).
