Billie returns to Karnaca to seek vengeance upon the mysterious figure, the Outsider. She will explore the dark underbelly of Karnaca along with her mentor, the legendary assassin Daud, to find an ancient artifact in order to kill the Outsider, the source of chaos within the Empire of the Isles.

Now Billie posses supernatural powers and cybernatically enhanced, but the Outsider is.. Something else. He was sacrificed to a ritual that makes him "merged in part with the void", and has been bestowing his mark to individuals he find "interesting" which grants them supernatural void abilities. Can Billie and Daud really do that? Kill the Outsider, the 4000 years old god like entity with unknown powers and abilities.
Dishonored : Death of the Outsider offers many new elements in the game. The Dishonored series is one of my favorite .
I love it because everything in it is just polished. It has an amazing world, great art style, 3D stealth like no other game out there (IMO of course :)) and a chilling soundtrack.
It's combat can sometimes be wonky, but seeing as how I always play it stealth that has never been a problem for me. :)
Also I loved Daud's story, and am very much looking forward to revisiting him!

The first time I play Dishonored I thought Daud was only some regular villain boss who will die in the end of the game. But then I found out that he has an important role in the story as much as Corvo and Emily. And now there's Billie
Yeah, the story and world are its biggest strengths for sure. The world is so fascinating, it's very finely crafted.
Hope this expansion doesn't disappoint. I have no idea how they would kill the outsider.

I played Dishonored 1 and i must say it was one of my hardest games, not because of the gameplay more because it was boring as hell. After I mastered my favoured powers i felt like I have no other goal but to play the lined story. Booring...😣
