A lot of things happens in Alexandria, much of which start by leading to the first signs of assassins we come to know and love to see. Upon approaching Alexandria and having meet with Aya’s family and friends, who were force to keep things as a secret, Bayek finally reunify with his bride. if you were expecting some kind of quiet woman, then you are in for a surprise, she is not afraid to get her hands dirty, and in some ways better than even Bayek. She has some news for her husband, and also gotten new tools.

Aya serves as a close help to queen Cleopatra who was overthrown by Ptolemy her brother. Cleopatra has Aya working undercover to help her get back her throne and also saving Eygpt from the troubles it’s currently passing through. At that end, she gave Aya a gift, the fame hidden blade. Aga gives one to Bayek as he sets out for his mission which is to assassinate the royal scribe Eudoros who they believe to be snake. Bayek finds him in the bathhouse and assassinated him without anyone knowing he was even there. During the fight, Bayek loses his ring on the left finger, which brought in the tradition of initiates giving up their finger. It’s drastic, but it necessary as he allows the blade to extend without restriction. Don’t worry, eventually it was made to no longer become necessary, with some assassins choic to brand their fingers as part of the ceremony rather than hack it off.
After the assassination, it was now time for Bayek to finally meet Cleopatra, who has some important news and some request for our hero.

After killing Eudoros, Cleopatra thanks Aya and Bayek for their support, and also informs them that there are more tasks to do. You see, Eudoros was not the Snake. Plus, no single person is the Snake. It is the multiple-headed beast known as the Order of the Ancients. This group is made up of the most important individuals who each represents a different creature. Eudoros was the hippo among the creature and he was not the one responsible for the death of Bayek’s son, at least not completely responsible. Cleopatra has caught wind of four more targets that are torturing Egypt and stands in in the way of her redeeming her throne and pulling Egypt out of torment. TO BE CONTINUED
