The first place to begin Modding your Fallout 4 game into the work of wonder it can and should be is Nexusmods. Nexusmods could, I believe, easily claim title: "hub of everything Mod". At Nexusmods, you'll find the indispensable NMM tool (as of today, version 0.63.14). While other tools exist to help you manage your mods, I find none to be more reliable and easy to use than Nexus Mods Manager (NMM).
Your next step should be the guide provided by BIRAITBEC. The guide is clear, the mods are vetted, and as long as you can follow step-by-step instructions, BIRAITBEC provides a beautiful base model on which you can begin. Additional tools are provided, links are provided, and everything is optimized to ensure a Fallout 4 experience that will run far more smoothly than Bethesda Vanilla.

Eventually you'll have to start making decisions, sometimes difficult decisions, regarding the Mods you'll be using to craft the Ultimate Fallout 4 experience. Fortunately, Hank is here; I work for you. If you believe yourself to be the Hardcore Killer/Wasteland Survivor ready to tackle Hank's Ultimate Immersion Survival Collection, stay tuned. It's all right here on Steemit.
