You're absolutely right on many fronts. I spent most of this spending detail explaining background for those that might not have the understanding you or I might have, but my next post will address deeper issues like what you've brought up. I'll also provide some other issues I saw that wouldn't be possible to see from a consumer standpoint, and isn't something employees would be able to address while presently working for the company.
