This is a Barbarian Warcries (Battle Orders/Singer) build that I make in Hardcore mode nearly every Ladder reset that I play Diablo 2 Lord Of Destruction on Battlenet.
I have not upgraded him much beyond the stuff that I found, made, was gifted, or traded for in the game during the initial few weeks of the Ladder reset.
It is a strong build for buffing other characters with Shout, Battle Command and Battle Orders in Normal, Nightmare and Hell Difficulties.
Note: On weapon swap he holds The Ward Unique shield and a six socket crystal sword with resistance jewels in it so that when lower level characters are getting rushed they can borrow them so that they have better Resistances and are less likely to die during the rush.
