Mobile gaming is fairly popular, there's no doubt.
But the metrics I imagine are not especially useful for comparison to other gaming "markets" since mobile games in general are much more highly monetized than others.
Most are free to download and have large numbers of microtransactions.
Things that have only recently started to find their way onto PC and consoles.
It's an effective strategy for mobile games that most don't mind there.
It causes gamers on other platforms to be quite upset.
