Hello, hello! It's time for Episode Four of my Sims 4 Legacy Challenge playthrough! :D

At the end of the last episode, Alexander Kael decided to impulsively wed his girlfriend, Star, before finding out all of her traits. At their wedding, Darth Vader and Red Eleven took over the bar and then Darth Vader died from, presumably, a poisoned drink. Upon the sharpened scythe of Mr. G. Reaper, Darth Vader ascended into Sim Ghosthood and Alex & Star's Wedding was forever marred by the hand of death.
After grieving the loss of someone they had never known, Alex discovered that Star was a jealous, jealous, jealous, high-maintenance bleep, but endeavoured to love and cherish her anyway.
After moving in together, Alex decided to throw an after-wedding party. Star lurked in the background and did not approve.
Then they decided to go out on the town with one of Alex's since-childhood friends, a friend who would remain with Alex throughout the entirety of his life. Bros stick together. Star did not approve.
"She's glaring at me again, isn't she?" Alex winces while encouraging his daughter's creativity.
But, hold on, hold on. We're zooming too far ahead. Alex has a daughter? Why, yes --he has two, in fact!
Hoping to make Star happy and perhaps get over her jealousy, Alex blew fiery lovehearts into Star's face and suggested they get to the baby-makin'. After all, thanks to his mother's garden, neither of them need real jobs. They can stay home and be the hands on parents Alex has longed to be. Despite his need to constantly partay.
First baby Cherish was born. Star has a bit of a drinking problem, likely inherited from her mother who dared name her daughter 'Star,' and thus gave her daughter the name of a word from her wedding vows. Young Cherish.
Paolo stops by. Trinity died a few days prior and Paolo is a constant guest at Alexander's house, seeking company and affection. Here he relives his days as parent to Alexander. Ever the hands-on parent, he now helps his grand-daughter with her grand science project.
Unlike her father, Child Cherish decides to get to know a few people before daring to wed them. Children only have one trait. This is Max, and he is "good." A good start. She shall keep talking to him.
To celebrate their newfound friendship, Cherish and Max splash some poor sleeping fool who dared slumber by the fountain.
Family time! Cherish's sister is named Willow. Possibly, once again, because her mother was indulging at the time. Willow does not like flies, apparently.
But she likes garbage!
"Hmm, what will I wish for on this most grandest of birthdays?"
"...that's not quite what I wished for."
Teenager Cherish decides that she wants to be a vegetarian. (So sayeth the Legacy Challenge Random Trait Generator). After living on vegetables and tofu, she starts to lose weight and partakes in a fancier style to woo her fellow teenagers. Because, so sayeth the Legacy Generator Thing, her aspiration is to be a soulmate-seeking-romantic.
"Hi Max! Remember me?" she exclaims with great exuberance. She can't seem to catch his next trait, so makes her father speak to him since he can discover traits near-instantly now. In a cruel twist of fate. Max's next trait is perfectionist. Not jealous. Not a child-hater. Not non-committal. So far, so good.
She's not too sure what that other teen-girl's deal is though.
Jumping in the fountain again, just like old times!
Hoping beyond hope that his third trait will not ruin her hopes and dreams, Cherish goes on several dates with young Max and prays that their future will be nothing like what she witnessed with her mother and father.
Intermission: Here we take a "short" break to demolish and rebuild this house! And by "short" break, I really mean this took me a couple of hours.
But Ye Olde Kael House looks immeasurably better now! Even Perfectionist Max should approve.
Speaking of Perfectionist Max, it seems the kid has no shame as he grabs Cherish and molests her right in front of her mother.
"Whatever," Star sighs. "I'm getting a drink and playing computer games all night. Have fun. Don't get pregnant."
The story of her life.
"Hmmmm, what do I wish for on this most grandest of birthdays?"
A "young adult make-over" and.... "this bar is mine now, muahahahaha!"
And that concludes Episode Four!

I'm not really a fan of the Sims 4 and I never did succeed at this challenge... I might have to try again in the Sims 3 at some point. I always found that version of the game more enjoyable. :D
