Retro games have a special place in our hearts, especially those that have marked our childhood, some for gamepad smashing others for fantastic, unrepeatable experiences.
An incredible desire to start again and instant regrets because you are aware that something will end up in pieces.
Mega Man is a name that evokes hatred, love and nostalgia all at once.
In addition to the infamous difficulty, the one feature that has become recognized throughout the series is the seizure of powers of Bosses after you somehow manage to defeat them.
The notorious first Mega Man title made the development team reconsider their decisions and do something in terms of difficulty. The following title, Mega Man 2 is considered to be one of the easiest games in the series.
No Mega Man title was so brutally hard like the first one, but they were enough of a problem for most players to never finish the game or even to continue to play after the first level.
The Collection has received particular attention because Capcom immediately announced that all games will be playable in the same form in which they were on the original console.
Capcom wanted to provide the real Mega Man experience with this title, for the older nostalgic players as well as new audiences. The 3DS collection is also characterized by controls without lags, which is especially ideal for players who aspire to perfection.
In addition to original features, the Collection is enriched by the option "Save State", with which you can save your position at any time. This fact makes it easier to play from the start and makes completing the Mega Man titles alot easier.
Challenge Mode is the best extra content in this collection. It consists of a mixture of certain levels of all six titles in a special "campaign". The advantage of the 3DS version is that there isn't just one set of Challenge Missions, but ten!
Many miss the "casual" game mode, not everyone is a Mega Man fan, the hardcore audience that wants a 1:1 copy of NES games. Widescreen support, which would show the game in full-screen of the 3DS and the 3D option are two other things that would mean a lot to some fans, but unfortunately, Capcom did not want us to fully enjoy the charms of the Nintendo 3DS.
If l could get back my childhood...
I would say thanks for the memories :)
